Villages at Cortez had a visit from a dental hygienist. The session taught the children proper and fun dental health.

Toys for Tots

To help meet the need of those less fortunate, Monster Club collected canned goods and non-perishable food items for Toys for Tots and local food pantries.

A Visit from the Local Police and Fire Department

This month the children at Heritage Pines and Heron Park received a visit from the local police and fire department.  The presentation empowered the children with simple and effective ways of teaching how to protect themselves. They also received safety hats and goody bags.

Hispanic Heritage Month and the Monster Club

In the spirit of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Monster Club at Ridge Club Apartments received a visit from a local mariachi band that was nice enough to put on a live performance. This was made possible thanks to Ms. Joann Maria, Monster Club Coordinator.

Monster Club at Belle Isle Apartments

Monster Club at Belle Isle Apartments kicked off the year with a visit from Officer Michael White from Orange County Police Department, which was scheduled by the Monster Club Coordinator Miriam Candelario. Officer White spoke about stranger danger and what to do and what not to do in emergency situations. This was a great experience for the kids.

Monster Club at the Ronald McDonald House

Monster Club participated in a pop tab collection to help the Ronald McDonald House. It taught the children about the importance of helping others and our environment.

Monster Club at Nantucket Cove

Monster Club at Nantucket Cove joined the American Dental Association raise; Waterford East held their 4th Annual Back to School Pool Party! Over 40 school boxes full of supplies were given out to the school age kids!!
